I generally prefer jeans and casual attire, but I can dress up on occasion, and I even know which fork to use at nice restaurants! I have a son in college (yikes!). He is a great, smart kid, and a VERY important part of my life. Though I like to be active, I'm not a person who has to be in perpetual motion. I also enjoy being lazy now and then, and could spend Sun morning reading the paper with a cup of coffee on my deck just as easily as running on Mesa Trail. I lean to the left politically (if you think that W is doing a good job, we probably won't get along!), and I'm a moderate tree-hugger (I recycle, I voluntarily pay for wind power, I bought hybrid car this year, I don't eat red meat). Would love to find someone to share activities with, and much more...Please be active and intelligent...and neither still in love with, nor ready to kill your ex! :-) If you are a life of the party type, we probably won't connect. Similarly if you are TOO quiet and you can't express thoughts and feelings. Extra points for writing well...and having a sharp wit! You strive for balance in your life. You are comfortable with casual and informal (most of the time)...maybe you are even considered a bit of a tomboy, and yet, there are at least some aspects of "femininity" that don't offend you!
